Since the buyers agent flaked out, he did many more duties than required. He should have received part of the buyers agent's commission, since he did most of the work. We recommend him highly!

We accepted a bid from someone using VA going thru a lender that turned out to be especially difficult to work with. At every challenge Adam was on it with the ferocity of a junk yard dog, so many times I would think to myself "I'm glad he's our agent" when I heard him negotiating with other parties. I just started calling Adam "Bull dog". His communication style, response time, and proactive nature made me feel like we were his only clients. It never mattered the time of day, day of week, or even if we had spoken with him 5 times already. He always took our call or called us right back. To put in further context, he had just recently had a motorcycle accident. He had every valid excuse to put us off, but never did. Selling our home was not a fun process, We can't imagine how it ever could be, but Adam made it the best possible. I would hope that Adan will become a broker/agent and train other agents how the job is supposed to be done.

Our recent purchase in Oro Valley I am quite confident, would not have happened were it not for Adam and his efforts. We have our permanent residence in Minnesota and locating a winter home would be challenging enough were it simply a distance obstacle.
